   They will tell you that there will be one within a particular city, but will not tell you where it’s at.

   yes, and be specific, ask them an exact intersection you will be coming through and about what time. oh….and give them you tag number and ask for a pass!

   Technically, by law they are supposed to post the checkpoint location and time so the public can see it. Obviously they put it in small print in the paper so nobody really notices. I doubt they would tell you if you called them though. It’s worth a shot though.

   You can ask if you want to … do not expect them to tell you when and where they will be setting up.
