It depends upon the state in which you reside. They each have different rules.
YOu have to vheck with the court..it may have been forfeit when he jumped bail…
No, you won’t because the bond money for the first was an agrrement that the person would go to court then if it was not done it’s like the agreemnet was broken
They may make you pay the whole bail. What you did is pretty much the same thing as co-signing on the loan… Making you second responsible.
If he was apprehended; you will get your money back minus the tracking fee.
