I was arrested for DUI in Florida and pled not guilty. A few days later, the prosecutors dropped the charges because they felt it was unlikely I would be found guilty at trial (Nolle prosequi is what they called it). What will my background check say. I'm worried this could reflect negatively on me when I'm looking for a job, even though I wasn't convicted. (I wasn't drunk, video and breathalyzer proved it.) I'm worried this is why I haven't been getting call backs after interviews!
Either ask the lawyer who handled your case, or go online and order a criminal background check of yourself and see what it says.
