It matters on your state, but I know for Ohio it is a mandatory 3 days in jail. You will probably get more than that though, even if it’s your first time, judges definitely don’t take DUI’s lightly.
And why did you take the BAC test? Always refuse it, you’ll lose your license for a while, but your going to loose it anyway if you were DUI. Exercise your right to refuse any questioning or tests, whatever you do or say will not help you and only be used against you.
