I suppose you are, but if you were under the influence, it would make sense to be extremely careful! I wouldn’t like you to have an accident with me!

not unless you have a permit thats restricted of when you can drive such as working hours etc
Yes it will show on your records even to every Ins.company and they love jacking you to $3,000 a year. I quit before any DUI just from all the info I heard abou it and the .08 limit which is just one beer/ Only cops can drink, carry guns etc and do what they want and get away with it dont you know?

You’re MVA/DMV hearing will let you know. Usually you’re suspended unless you need your vehicle to get to work and back. If you are granted this privileged, please don’t get caught driving somewhere else. Big Trouble will be in your future. Stop drinking and driving, it’s not worth it.

You should be able to drive until trial. You need to get an attorney. Always plead not guilty. Thanks to current technology You’ll loose. Yes it will be on your record for a long time and insurance will be very, very expensive. The good news is if it’s your first dui you’ll avoid jail. My best friend is an alcoholic so we’ve been through this before. STOP DRINKING AND DRIVING! You could have killed yourself or someone else.
