the website you quoted is excellent. make sure you wear shoes, if possible and clean ones. if you don’t have a suit, slacks or dress pants then wear a clean pair of jeans and clean sneakers, not flashy ones.

with the suit etc a shirt and tie and with the jeans perhaps a shirt but with no tie but not sure about that maybe a plain t-shirt would do. if it is cold where you are then you could wear a jumper over a shirt with the jeans. make sure all your clothes are clean and ironed, no creases – shows you are respecting the court.

be respectful at all times calling the judge ‘sir’ or ‘your honour’.

some remorse or sorry would not go astray.

look smart and neatly clean dressed.

if this is your first DUI, which i take it is, you should get off with a fine.

learn your lesson, subsequent charges will result in higher fines and/or time in what is called the big house.

    good luck.

I’d stay away from the Budweiser shirts and Sam Adams hats.
    Otherwise, you should be fine.

Hi When you show up in court, ware something nice or a suit. Judges show more resprct to some one who is dressed for court. When you do this you are showing respect. GOOD LUCK

You should dress as you normally do. Your appearance doesn’t change the decision that will be made upon you.
