What are typical punishments for DUI charges in Florida?

All the charges are: -no proof of insurance -open container (driver's) -hit and run -property damage (at least 00, both of the vehicles will likely be "totaled" for insurance purposes) -likely 1st offense, but not sure -I don't know if a Breathalyzer was given -the "defendant...

-the "defendant" was arrested less than a mile from the accident, so didn't get very far...

-Just wondering what the likely punishment is.

    Driving w/o Insurance is a fix-it ticket.

    DUI:
    1. By a fine of:
    a. Not less than $500 or more than $1,000 for a first conviction.
    b. Not less than $1,000 or more than $2,000 for a second conviction; and

    2. By imprisonment for:
    a. Not more than 6 months for a first conviction.
    b. Not more than 9 months for a second conviction.

    Hit and Run: Is a felony of the third degree, punishable by a term of imprisonment not exceeding 5 years.
