What are the charges for 2 DUI and for a legal substance?

I just want to know what can happen, if you have already one DUI, but you get arrested agian for DUI and a legal substance, what happens?

    you couild go to jail for a while..
    also your license can be suspended for at least 2 years or more
    along with a bigger fine

    You need to disclose what state you are in to tell you exactly what the maximums could be. In general, some jail time could, but is not usually imposed. There is usually a heavy fine, revocation of your license for a period of time, and possibly probation. I’m not sure it matters what substance made you to be DUI as long as you were DUI.
