You need to disclose what state you are in to tell you exactly what the maximums could be. In general, some jail time could, but is not usually imposed. There is usually a heavy fine, revocation of your license for a period of time, and possibly probation. I’m not sure it matters what substance made you to be DUI as long as you were DUI.
