Assuming you are 18 or over, most probably, at a minimum:
1. 5 years probation
2. A fine of at least $1,500 (maybe more if they add the no license charge as well)
3. A 1-year delay in being able to obtain a license (because you were under 21)
4. Substantially increased insurance (the court won’t do this, but it will happen).
You are in trouble. If it is your first offense you will get off and loss your license for several years. It will cost you or your parents big time. Sorry…….
Damm your screwd. you can’t get your drivers license until like 30-40. your parents pay a big fine and you get community service. You also have to go to meetings and stuff.
