traffic accident dui charges weird thing?

i got in traffic accident and they said i have 2 charges for dui manslaughter, 1 for dui, 1 for reckless driving. is this normal for traffic accident? I did it once before and got careless driving in plead deal. should I get a lawyer so can get better plead deal? should I plead not guilty? ...
