Required to list DUI charge (no conviction) on job application?

No, it’s still pending. Then, it might not be important unless you have a driving job.
Probably since it’s tough to fight a DUI charge and you are likely to be convicted. Going to court and losing your license is going to affect how you perform in that job.
They’ll probably appreciate knowing that ahead of time.
