10 years need to pass before he will be given a chance to drive for work again
I don’t know the specific laws for GA for DUIs, but it’ll be hard for him in any state to get a trucking job with these types of violations in his history. The companies have strict liability rules and regulations they have to follow, and could get in serious legal trouble, even lose their company, if they hire your husband and something happens while he’s driving.
Sorry, but not likely – a DUI pretty much means no company will hire you in the future to drive a truck. He needs to look at other lines of work.
