My friend got a dui this weekend, what are his possible charges?

This weekend my friend, who is 18; obviously underage, decided to drive drunk. After numerous times of telling him not to drive under any substances, or speeding (which is why he was pulled over) he ignored me and did both.
I'm not asking for you to tell me how stupid he was for doing this, i'm well aware, what i'm asking is what are his possible charges?
What concerns me most is him possibly being put on probation? Is this likely?
We live in Ohio.
1) a fine of at least $1000
2) depending on what state at least a weekend in jail and could go as long as a month or even year
3) also depending on what state he could lose his license until he is 21
4) if not that he will have to have an ignistion lock installed on his car at his cost
The most likely charges are DUI and speeding. I strongly suspect that is not what you are asking, however. If you are asking the possible sentence for those crimes, be sure to mention what state or country you are in. In my state, the miminum sentence is 3 days in jail and a fine of $500, plus other obligations.
