Lay,
My uncle has his CDL’S. His record was almost immaculate except for a DUI he had gotten 8 years before. He graduated and got licensed. He only had the ONE charge but NO ONE wanted to hire him. Our family lawyer told him that the DUI had to be at least 10 years old and he couldn’t have ANYTHING else on his record. He now works for an AWESOME company!
You know I’m rooting for you but I think you might want to let this one go. Your record is "high risk"! Good Luck
keep on dreamin’ cuz you won’t get a CDL with a driving record like that.
I doubt you could get a commecial driving license after those charges.
With a driving record like that I hope you are denied a CDL.
good luck with that, because your going to need it
I’m not sure if that would keep you from getting a CDL but I know no trucking company will hire you with that record. You’re DUI has to be at least 10 years old.
Thank God!
I’m a CDL holder and, sorry, but we don’t need you behind the wheel of a truck.
You should still be able to have a legal drivers licence but affording the vehicle insurance is another matter. Good luck.
It might be possible for you to obtain your CDL, but I guarantee you that you wil have a very, very difficult time getting employment. No reputable trucking company’s insurance is gonna touch you with DUI and reckless charges.
