    It’s a felony either way.

    It depends on the situation, if its just a ‘regular DUI’ with no crash, child in car then it’s a criminal misdemeanor. It becomes a felony if your driving on a suspended license and get a DUI or your third DUI

    its criminal, and if you kill or injure someone its felony drunk driving, big time jail stay!!!!

    Its a traffic misdeameanor. Hell I’ve gotten 8 convictions and 1 PBJ, it aint nothing. My license been revoked for life. And I’ve spent only a total of 4 years and 6 months in jail, no biggie, free place to stay all my friends are there and good food. And best of all is they consider me "Hardcore." As in Hardcore Drunk Driver. What more could you ask for?
