in the state of florida is it true that all criminal charges are dropped at the age 18?

my friends always say it doesnt matter if you get caught with weed, get DUI charges, or get arrested for possestion of drugs if your under 18 because in florida soon as you turn 18 your record is wiped clean. is this true? ...

    Yes and no. Most juvy conviction records are sealed when you reach 18. They are not destroyed.
