If someone is charged with a DUI and booked and released on bail,can they add more charges later.?

How do you know that raichsas? Well it has only been 2 days ago,The jailor told me once the charges had been filed they could not add anymore later?But I am still worried they might try. Extra charges,speeding and open container. ...

    No They have to inform you about then with in a 30 day period
    What are the extra charges ? I had that done
    once They tried to get me for resiting arrest
    but it was After the point meaning after 30 days The Judge Throw it out

    Now tell us the rest of the story Please
