I have a Learner’s Permit just moved here to GA from NY had an accident DUI what charges do I face?

It was in Henry County I got improper left turn and two DUI tickets going to court on nov 12 for the DUI and improper left on the 17 I'm 32 years old. Never been in trouble with the law ...

    Big fine, long time no license, possible jail time on weekends, possibly an AA program.

    Forget driving for a LONG time to come! Start saving your money for the lawyer and the fine… I live in Georgia and they’ll take into consideration that you only had a learner’s permit, the DUI, AND that you’re from the North!
