Hate to break it to you, but they gave you the correct address to mail the money to. The fact that you sent it to a wrong address is not their fault.
That being said, you need to contact the head or chief court clerk handling your case. Get their name, address, and mail a formal letter to them indicating that the money was sent on time. Include how you can prove that, post-mark, etc. Request them to waive the late fee due to the improper address. If they refuse you have 2 choices. Forget about it and pay it, or hire a lawyer to fight it for you. I very rarely see anyone win a case against a city or county without being a lawyer.
