i live in indiana and it is a bartenders license and not a liquior license. i dont own a business so i will not be selling it just serving it. indiana. i went to indiana atc web site to get the info on what i needed to do. but it didnt say anything about dui charges ...

no you can’t but you can have the dui removed from your record, through court.
um, I think you mean a LIQUOR license…. Bartender’s don’t need a license to sling drinks, love.
The liquor license, I would think, has less to do with the individual applying, and more to do with the intended establishment.

I am from the UK and if you have any criminal records including DUI then you will NEVER get a liquor license.

Yes you can, I live in New Mexico and you can still get a alcohol servers license with many dwis on your record but they are trying to change this.
you don’t need a license to serve drinks, but you will need one to drive there.

You have a DUI, Driving Under the Influence…you are not allowed by law to get near alcohol, let alone serve it. Pick another career.
