Can you become a EMT with a DUI on your record?

I have a client who got an DUI 2 years ago. Will he beable to find employment as an EMT with the DUI charge?
He does have a drivers license, lives in KY

    he has his license, so he should… i am in tennessee, and one of the partners i had, had a dui, was not able to drive, but still was able to work on the ambulance…

    Depends on situation and what resolution was? Does he have valid license now? He may, but it will be hard. Many have rules about this , check out the website
