    No vehicle will get repo’d unless you’re not making payments on it. The bank doesn’t care what your driving record is like, as long as it’s insured.

    Only if the payments aren’t made as agreed. His status as a driver is secondary to the payments being made.

    as long as its paid every month it can be owned by the last dui in the world

    If you are making timely payments it won’t be repossessed. A traffic citation has nothing to do with repossession.
