I said I was charged with a dui, not that i was actually intoxicated. I don't think drunk drivers should be on the roads either.

I certainly hope not. Even a minor DUI is a DUI. I’m on the roads with my kids and would greatly appreciate some self control on your part so that we aren’t injured because you wanted to be a lush.
