Yes. You should get an attorney. It is very costly. But do you know what the cost is when you are convicted of DUI? With the insurance surcharges and everything? Do the research, it is worth it to get an attorney.
you better find an attorney california is like here in texas they do not play around they will lock your a** up in prison first time or not if you pay enough money you will get probation i paid ten grand for 5 years probation
