My husband is a US citizen and we are about to fill out my forms and prepare the packets for immigration but my question is: When I fill out the question that asks about any arrests, do I have to mail any paperwork showing that the case is closed and also paperwork about the ticket that is pending of a hearing along with my I-130 & I485or do I have to keep it and bring it just to the interview?
