when does the statue of limation run out on DUI charge I have not been arrest ten years ago. I dont drink now?

I have not dranked since then.i have not been to court or got in touch with i't was about ten years ago.since then i have parkson; bipolar high blood pressure. so i can't drive because of the medication. I don't want to drive any more but would like to know if i could be arrested . I'm not going to ...

   Depends on how it was handled.

   Might try calling the DMV or checking your record on their webpage for starters

   It should off your record by now.You can go to your local police Dep. and they can run your record
