    You listed them in your question, you probably want to know what the penalties would be for those charges. That would vary state to state and also be determined by past history of the individual in regards to being law-abiding. Whether you agree with them or not there are reasons behind the laws in regards to licensing an individual to operate a motor vehicle, laws determining Drinking Age, and combining the two. There are also rules of conduct that citizens are required to follow when dealing with a police officer. Sounds like somebody is probably in a lot of trouble that may effect many things that they do for quite a while.
