I know 2 people who have had at least 4 DUI’s and they still can drive today. I can’t believe they have their license’s back! They aren’t even celebrities. They SHOULD make an example of her, but they probably won’t. Sad.
They don’t do much about repeated DUI offenders who AREN’T celebrities – what makes you think they’ll do anything about Lindsay? They suspend their license – so what? They’ll drive anyway.
