If your a parent and you don’t have custody of your child, that already doesn’t look good on your part.
Especially if you live in the south…
However, if you’re arrested for a DUI then it shouldn’t affect your right to see your child unless you’re in jail.
WHY on earth would a judge overlook the DUI arrest
because you see your child once in a while
and you say you owe a bunch of $ for child support…
