I was arrested for a DUI but had other drugs in the vehicle that were not found at time of arrest, HELP!?

I need to know, I had some e-rolls hidden in my car, but were not discovered at time of my arrest or included in the police report. But when I picked up my care from the impound, they were missing from my car. Can I still get in trouble for this? ...

    Yes.

    I have ONE YEAR to file misdemeanor charges against someone.

    I have THREE YEARS to file a basic felony charge.

    You can if it was the COPS that found it. More than likely, though, there’s some impound lot guy getting wasted off of your drugs…

    I got a lawyer that was on my judge’s re-elect team and I got everything knocked down to wreckless driving. You can do anything with the right lawyer.

    Possible but not likely. I would have thought they would have brought charges already if they were going to. It is certainly possible that there are now a couple of happy impound people out there somewhere. LOL
