I got 60 days in O.C jail for my 2nd DUI and applied for house arrest. what are my chances this happening?

   Spare you the ridicule. Yeah, right!
   It’s your second DUI? You’ll do it again, I hope you have to spend all that time behind bars!
   You could have killed children the same ages as yours.
