   you would have to be pardoned by the Governor in the state that the arrest occurred……….your looking at least a 5 year wait from after the last arrest……..

   you will need references and a good reason for clearing the issues…….

   just remember anyone in prison has all the free time in the world to submit requests for pardons, there will be alot of paperwork in that office……

   there are lawyers that specialize in your issues

   i think it can be done. the court recs are espunged. the arrest records get espunged at County Level ? Ask someone who knows. Worth getting done.
