However, if you choose to leave your job and find another, you will have to disclose it on the application when it asks if you’ve ever been arrested. They will look this up and if they find out you lied about it, you would never be hired.
I would think only if they have a "need" to know. If driving is not part of your job. I would say no. Yet, if you have to take leave to go to court….that is kinda sticky. I would not call in sick, but take a personal day.
