What are the chances that I will get my secret security clearance revoked? If I take the domestic violence case to trial and am found innocent, what are my chances then?

If you can keep thing below a felony I don’t think you will have too much trouble but DON’T lie about it to anyone. Concealing anything is very bad on a security application. If they catch you in the tiniest lie they will either stop immediately and deny the clearance or they will turn your life upside down and shake it. It will also depend on where you fit into the larger scheme of things. If they are broke out with people to do your job they may pull it but if they do they will probably process you for discharge.

You should be in jail so you cannot harm anyone else.

Well first off security clearance to what? Are you a security guard for a hospital or do you work for the CIA? It all depends what kind of job you have. Second, it helps if you are attending AA meetings if you are confronted by your work about the DUI as you can tell them that. Domestic violence might harm you as well if you are convicted but again it all depends what kind of job you have. For example if you are a Senator you can drown people and still have your job. Just look at Ted Kennedy.
