Yes as there is no longer limitations in most states when dealing with DUIs. It does not matter if you are 60 years old the first offense will still show up and be counted against you.
Usually a juvenile record is closed at 18 years old, if you had a DUI at 15 then say get one at the age of 20 its not going to show a pattern of alcoholism just makes it a stupid idea.
i know for sure.. if you get your record "expunged" or "wiped" clean.. .. it is STILL saved.. for that singular purpose..
if you repeat the offence it is NOT your first time.
the ONLY thing that might save you here.. is the fact you were a juvinile..
but.. i’m’ pretty sure.. the people are more worried about drunk drivers.. than they are your rights as a juvinile.
fact is i dont know.. and it would also depend on your state law.. if i had to guess .. YES.. the conviction stays in your record for life.. even if expunged.. it is only "sealed" so that it can later be used to determine past history for new charges.
you can google the law in your state.. and should be able to find the solution your seeking..
