Some countries now have criminal background checks for people who wish to teach English overseas. Will a misdemeanor DUI be a problem for someone who wants to get a visa to teach in Asia?

Would a DUI 9 years old, and 2 misdemeanor marijuana charges keep me from getting a job after CDL school ?

the marijuana charges are from 2003 and 2005, all 3 charges had probation that was completed. I don’t want to waste 6 thousand dollars for the CDL school if I’m not going to be able to get a job.

My friend’s son who is 20 has a misdeamenor and is currently on probation. Recently he was pulled over and received a DUI. They took a way his license and his car. Does anyone know what the court most likely will do in this situation?
