what are the penalties for a first DUI in Kentucky?
My husband got his first ever DUI in Kentucky and registered a .099 BAC. He has never been in any trouble before and was released on "personal regognizance". I was wondering if there is mandatory jail time and what the fine is? I am pretty sure the license suspension is 30 – 120 days.
