I got a DUI about 3 weeks ago. It is my FIRST one. I have been asking people what is going to happen to me and I am getting a million different stories.

My dream job is to be an animal cop. I would also like to be a youth correctional officer, a juvenile counselor or a dispatcher, but i'm afraid i ruined my chances with the DUI 2 years ago. thanks ahead!

My boyfriend was out having dinner and a few beers and got pulled over, he blew a .09, but was never asked to go for a blood screen, then he went to meet with the police and they said he did refuse, don't they have to have you fill out a form for either getting one or refusing one?? Also, where is a good site where I can get Pennsylvania DUI laws that are legitimate? Thanks for all your help in advance. No smart comments please, this is serious.
ok, well he hasn't and wasn't arrested for anything that night, nothing! Which was more than a week ago, it was a .09, not a .9, so it wasn't high, our pa law is anything over.08. All I am asking is where I can see the laws myself, just to look at, incase he gets charges, also he does have a lawyer if he does get charged officially. PS-I definitely know drinking and driving is wrong and now so does he, and I thank goodness nothing happened to anyone.

This gentleman has had two prior dui's and has just been stopped but not convicted of a third. He wishes to know the law concerning this.

So why are not pro drink drivers protesting as well.

If a cop sees a car driving all over the place and stops some guy and he looks intoxicated and stinks of alcohol then he can give him a sobriety test.

If a cop sees a car doing the same and stops a guy who has no license, registration, insurance and cant speak english isint that reasonable suspicon that he is an illegal.

I had a DUI exactly 3 years ago and I am moving to NM. I don't want to have to get an interlock again. I had on when I got my DUI. I feel like its double jeopardy. Is there a time frame I can wait before moving so that I don't have to get an interlock?
