That is it...i dont wanna pay a lawyer who cant help me....i am in agony...any hint???

My friend recently was caught driving while intoxicated. He did the walking test and blood test and he passed. He is going to court soon, so what might happen to him?

my friends always say it doesnt matter if you get caught with weed, get DUI charges, or get arrested for possestion of drugs if your under 18 because in florida soon as you turn 18 your record is wiped clean. is this true?

My friend caught her mother driving drunk. Her mother had her kids in the car. She wants to know if the police would have caught her mother instead of her, what charges would it be?

I was arrested for DUI in Florida and pled not guilty. A few days later, the prosecutors dropped the charges because they felt it was unlikely I would be found guilty at trial (Nolle prosequi is what they called it). What will my background check say. I'm worried this could reflect negatively on me when I'm looking for a job, even though I wasn't convicted. (I wasn't drunk, video and breathalyzer proved it.) I'm worried this is why I haven't been getting call backs after interviews!

This weekend my friend, who is 18; obviously underage, decided to drive drunk. After numerous times of telling him not to drive under any substances, or speeding (which is why he was pulled over) he ignored me and did both.
I'm not asking for you to tell me how stupid he was for doing this, i'm well aware, what i'm asking is what are his possible charges?
What concerns me most is him possibly being put on probation? Is this likely?

One of my friends drove home drunk (i begged him not to) and he had a wreck and there was another vehicle involved. This just happened last night so i dont know if the other person is hurt and i dont know if he is either cause he has his phone off. Hes been charged with a DUI a few weeks ago and his past isnt that good. Hes underaged (17) so what would happen to him? Is there a slight chance that he wont get sent off?

I drove for 2 hours under the influence of alcohol until I decided to take off my tights. While taking off my tights, my car swerved which resulted in me getting pulled over, breathalysed, and charged with a DUI. I am 18 years old and I blew a .14. Is there any hope for my charges to be reduced to a wet reckless? Technically I was driving fine until I took my tights off, which would cause anyone to swerve.
