I have a client who got an DUI 2 years ago. Will he beable to find employment as an EMT with the DUI charge?

i am ready to accept my mistake and being guilty! i really dont know what to do as i have never gone throught this situation before.
I have already registered for a First offenders program too.. do i have to serve jail time?

I had no idea what i was doing when i went into court and i plead guilty to get it over with. My friend is now giving me all kids of shit about it saying that i should have plead not guilty and i would have got out of it. He wants me to get a public defender to write a letter of appeal to the court. Is it a waste of time? Can you even appeal after you plead guilty?

First question: What are some driving patterns that suggest the driver may be intoxicated?

Second question: What kinds of tests do police officers often use in a field sobriety test? I think the ABC’s (without singing) is one of them.

Third question: Other than being charged with DUI, are there any other charges that drunk drivers usually receive? Reckless endangerment perhaps?

Last night my husband got a arrested. He was charged with a DUI and 2nd degree indecent exposure(he peed in public). This is the first time he’s ever been in trouble with the law. He is in the Army and he and I both are very worried. Yes he screwed up and trust me he knows it BUT he’s my husband and I’m worried about how this is going to affect his career. Has anyone ever gone through this before?
He was driving…pulled over…peed on the side of the road…and that’s when the cop pulled up.

okay so my friend and i were in a car accident at 2:40am. i was at the back and my friend was driving. i didnt know how much she had to drink but everyone said she was fine.
so we were on our way home and i yelled to turn left and then she was about to change lanes and i guess she didn’t do a shoulder check, the car beside us hit her side.

moments later the cops asked if we drank. we both said yes. we admitted to drinking but she stopped drinking around 9-930 she said.
she has no criminal record, her history is clean.
The cops said theyre not gonna give her a ticket. but they did take her license away and towed her car for 24hours

since we admitted to drinking, she as the driver took a breathalyzer test.
she scored "warn" or 0.05 which is BELOW the fail. for class 5 drivers fail is 0.08 and above. but SHE IS A CLASS 7 (new driver) which means shes not even supposed to have ANY alcohol in her system..

I got a DUI in august of 09 and i have been going to my classes and did house arrest and thought everything was going good and checked my record and i have a bench warrent. When i went to court the judge said I was good to go so I left without setting up my fine payment thinking it would come after i finished the classes.
