I have not dranked since then.i have not been to court or got in touch with i't was about ten years ago.since then i have parkson; bipolar high blood pressure. so i can't drive because of the medication. I don't want to drive any more but would like to know if i could be arrested . I'm not going to call them i't been ten years. I live Louisiana.

Son in Florida arrested for DUI, was not driving, not in vechile and did not have keys in his posession. He and another person got in a shoving match and cops were called. Cop put him under arrest for DUI. How is it possible to be charged with this ? Will the charges stand up in court?

5 year years ago..when i was 20 and in college...i was arrested for DUI. BAC was .049 which is friggin retarded because if im 21 then everthing is ok cause i would be under .08...your gonna tell me age 20 and 21 makes a difference with being drunk....that is the stupiest thing i have ever heard...anyway, i have a CJ degree and work in loss prevention...and i want to be a cop...is this gonna hurt my chances. I went through a program for first time offenders (community service and blah blah) so the charges were dropped...i got stopped for making a illegal left turn which i always do at that street only this time a cop was sitting there...bummer

I read something about it on Yahoo news but wanted to know if anyone knew more about it. Apparently she didn't do everything required for her 2 DUI arrests. Personally, I don't think it's fair that she didn't have to go to jail. Here in Michigan, if you get 2 DUIs you atomatically get 15 days in jail no matter how famous and rich you may be. I do like Linsday though. I read she and Samantha also had a fight and they wouldn't answer the door when police came.
