If convicted in california for DUI and Move to another state?
My friend recently was charged with a 2 counts of DUI and a hit and run but has not been convicted in California. He wants to move out the state to Nevada because he fears he will not be hired. Would employers catch up on him if they do a background check.
Does anyone know how as a California resident to take dui classes online in California?
If a person is on parole in California (Alameda County) and receives a DUI will you get jail time?
