What is the penalty for a 1st time DUI in California. I blew a .16?

Should I get a lawyer or use the court appointed lawyer?

    YOU WILL PROBABLY NOT GET JAIL TIME, AND WILL PROBABLY LOSE your lisence for several months. Lucky u didnt lose your car or the life of you or someone else .16 is 2x the natl average..shame on u. It will cost a couple of thousand dollars I am sure. You can appeal for a work liscence..to go to and from work only.
