    If you were found NOT GUILTY as your question states, it is as if no crime occurred. Your license wouldn’t be suspended and there would be no classes.

    Administrative suspensions through DMV are separate from criminal cases. You can win your criminal case, and still loose your privileges to drive. If DUI classes are required to reinstate your driving privileges, then that is what you need to do. Check with your DMV.
