I received a DUI in Nebraska in 2000 will that show in California where I live now on a background check?

Since it happened out of state and 8 years ago should I even state it in my records to a future employer? ...

   Yes, they look under NCIC………you can’t get away with it in any state. It’s only on record on your dmv. Not any other record. If you go to apply for a job that doesn’t need to check your driving record, you should be o.k.
