Sal is correct. Any alcohol related offense by a person under 21 (even offenses not involving driving) results in a 1 year license suspension. (Ignore the people who are telling you the consequences of a DUI conviction, this is NOT DUI, it is an infraction committed by a person under 21 who drives with alcohol in his or her system.)
If this is a 23136, it will probably cost about $321. If it is a 23140, about $435.

Look at spending about $5K. I would honestly fight this because it can have severe consequences on future employment opportunities. Don’t follow the popular belief that just because you were charged means you have to plead guilty…its simply not the case. Good luck
