autoinsurance.noneto.com – check these plans. As I know their rates for bad driving record is not such expensive as from other companies.

here’s an idea, quit drinking and driving. have fun in jail, im sure you’ll see it quite a bit in your life.

I hope you sit in jail for a couple of months and think about how lucky you are that no one was killed.

Your license will be suspended for 3 years. You will not be eligible for any type of hardship permit (like a work permit or daytime permit) for 90 days. You will likely be fined $1,000 and serve at least 2 days in jail. You can not plead to a lesser offense and since this is your second charge and you are not eligible for the diversion program since this is your second DUI in 10 years. A lawyer almost certainly cannot change any of this except perhaps exchanging jail time for community service or work release.

The nation is sick of drunk drivers and the lives they ruin and have put in strict punishments to get them off the road. Hopefully the three years of no license will give you to opportunity to address your drinking problem.

I’m in Pa and I know each state is different. For my second (which I am not proud of) I was sentenced to 90 days, which I did on house arrest, at a price of 10 dollars a day. A 1500 dollar fine, 500 dollars restitution, an 18 month loss of license, a 5 week alcohol safety school and an 8 week out patient rehab.
