I currently have a DUI and DUI drugs charge against me. It is my first offense and I have a clean record. i got a caught with a dui in vancouver back in october. But because the the rookie police filling out the form for dui certificate made a mistake. its been close to 6 months and i still not being charge yet. i heard there is a time limit on how long the police have to press charges before its thrown out of court.
