Are New DUI Laws Being Used to Circumvent Our Constitution?

When you are stopped and arrested for a DUI, you are not read your Constitutional Miranda rights, in fact you are considered guilty without a trial. ...

When you are stopped and arrested for a DUI, you are not read your Constitutional Miranda rights, in fact you are considered guilty without a trial. But when a Muslem Terrorist is arrested, he IS read Miranda Rights giving a non-Citizen and enemy Constitutional Rights. This is Treason in our legal system. I believe that the new DUI laws are one of many ways they are twisting our laws to put us under a Marxist World Government. And from what I have learned, groups like MADD are a front which is using emotions of people who have suffered the death of a loved one, to pay for the elections of people like Swatzanager and force him to carry out there secret agenda. See Yahoo Group UnConLaw for more info.
So Miranda Rights have been covertly removed by the Liberals in the Supreme Court, now they are lying to us and claim they havn't been removed, it is simply up to the discretion of the arresting officer. How convenient. Then why did they ever have the Miranda Rights in the first place? You are right, the Liberal (Communist) conspiracy infiltrating our government has removed our Constitutional Rights without telling us. I figured that. Just as they are illegally spying on us more and more, and plan to use lethal force as soon as martial law is instituted. When a terrorist act is used as an excuse, just like 9/11 was allowed to happen so they could create InfraGuard (the New Gastapo). Then the President can use one of many Un-Constitutional Executive Orders to become a dictator and institute a new money system and place us under the Marxist run United Nations under the control of the Merovingian linage European Union banksters.
You gave yourself and your fellow conspirators away there. You say we still have Miranda Privalages not rights! So you admit that terroists have Miranda Rights! Interesting, this means the Illuminati conspiracy has already covertly removed our Constitutional protections and placed everyone, including non-U.S. citizens under the Marxist New World Order. Therefore even Muslem Terrorists have Miranda Privilages (No longer a right).

Sorry but driving is a right. Our Founding Fathers would turn over in their grave to hear such nonsense. The Bill of Rights states that we have the right to life and the pursuit of happyness. Before vehicles were invented thay used horses. This is why it was a hanging offence to steal a man's horse. Today you cannot work or pursue anything without a vehicle. Therefore it is a right, which should only be taken away if a person cannot drive safely without endangering others. It is dictators that turn rights into privalages.

Becomming a Marine officer after college with dui?

I am 22 years old and have been doing research for a few weeks now but have not yet contacted a recruiter (I hear all they do is lie anyway). I am looking for advice from current military personnel on which branch to join (preferably Marines) after college. I would like to become an officer and eventually a pilot. I have been an athlete all of my life (6ft 4in 195-210 lbs), although my last two years in college have been spent 'enjoying college' as opposed to keeping in shape. I have no problem with completing the Marine Corps boot camp. I scored a 28 on my ACT and graduated from a private high school with a 3.8 GPA and will graduate with around a 2.5(shitty I know) GPA from a private college(Saints John’s University, MN) known for its difficult academics in May '09. I was arrested for possession charges (marijuana-10grams) as a minor and for DUI(.09BAC) as a freshman in college. I need to know my chances of becoming an officer. Is there a better choice for a branch to join? Will my past drug/drinking violations hurt my chances of acceptance? How should I go about getting prepared and who should I contact? What are things that recruiters won’t tell me? How much did you love/hate the military? And any other advice even remotely pertaining to this subject….Please don’t respond if you have nothing good to say..and thank you in advance for the helpful responses.

Also forgot to mention that I will graduate with ,000 in student loans

Key signs of teenage binge drinking problems

Author: Kinjal Shah

Teenage binge drinking is one of the biggest banes of modern societies. Increased prosperity, easy access to alcohol, reduced price of alcohol and proliferation of pubs with licence to operate through the night are some of the key reasons for increased teenage drinking problems. Increased peer pressure and the need to look "cool" amongst a group of friends are other reasons of increased teenage alcohol abuse. Let us look at some symptoms to check if your teenager is addicted to drinking:

Disruptive Behaviour: Teenage binge drinking is often associated with disruptive behaviour. Binge drinking often happens outside the home at night clubs and often after having drunk several glasses or bottles of alcohol your teenager might lose control and enter into street fights, many vomit in public and others hurt themselves or others unknowingly. Police complaints or visits to accident and emergency section of hospitals could become a regular feature for you with teenage drinking problems. Teenage alcohol abuse can also lead to serious accidents if your teenager gets involved in fights with friends or other people at the night club.

Risk Taking: Teenage alcohol abuse is also associated with increased risk taking and teenagers are more prone to drinking and driving, stealing from home and taking loans from friends to fuel their addiction.

Increased Alcohol Tolerance: Teenage binge drinking also results in increased tolerance of alcohol. You will notice that in social gatherings and parties your teenager displays exceptional capacity to drink and remain sober. Teenage drinking problems are also associated more frequent outings and visits to nightclubs and bars.

Lack of Control: Another symptom of teenage binge drinking is your teenager's inability to stop drinking once they have started. Teenage alcohol abuse is usually associated with regular vomiting after drinking and complete loss of control of body, thoughts, speech and actions. When this is pointed out, they may accept that they have a problem, but are unable to do anything to overcome it.

Withdrawal Symptoms: Teenage binge drinking also results in several withdrawal symptoms like anxiety, sweating, nausea, vomiting, insomnia, depression and loss of appetite or fatigue. , Under advanced cases of teenage alcohol abuse your teenager may also get withdrawal symptoms such as hallucinations, confusion, seizures or fever. These are advanced cases and if you do notice these symptoms, you should talk to a doctor immediately.

In the book "Solving Teenage Problems" several tips to deal with alcohol abuse have been provided. Teenage binge drinking needs to be curbed else we will end up building a society of socially disruptive individuals with little sense of responsibility and accountability. Early education and open relationship are crucial to avoid teenage drinking problems.

What do you think the chances are of becoming a police officer?

So I have had a rocky past. I had a possession of marijuana charge when I was 16. I was into a lot of drugs when I was younger, but thats the only offense and it may have been dropped. I had an underage DUI when I was 19 and that was dismissed also, but shows up as being dismissed on my record still. I also had a misdeameanor petty theft when I was 19 and I had that expunged off my record about 3 years ago. For the last 6 years I have stayed out of trouble and been taking pre-med and nursing classes carrying a high GPA.. I really want to attend the police academy, but all the talk of polygraph tests and the fact that its already challenging to get a job scares me. Although my record is clean now (had it checked through FBI fingerprint)...I'm afraid I may be looked down upon when it comes time to get a job. What do you all think?
