I would like to know what country, state, county, or province has the lowest dui rate in the world? If available, it would also be good to know why that is. Tough laws? Cultural influences?

Then other countries and states can follow the example of this country, state or province, and have lower dui rates.

Yes I have driven without car insurance, however only when i paid late my insurance, during those lapses.

I’m in a resturant and someone notices me stumbling around as I’m getting ready to leave and calls the cops (who just happen to be close by) Just as I’m getting in my car Johnny Law arrests me. They take me to the police station and give me a breath test. The legal limit is .08 but surprise! Even though it seems like I’m drunk I blow .07!!! Does John Law still have a case or should I walk?

big predicament i got myself into… now i would like an estimate if u know how much insurance would be with these convictions. my previous premium for my 2006 car was approx. 800 for 6 months… thats with clean record… now how much u think it would be now? if im going to do this legitimate i know im gonna have to pay an arm and 2 legs…crap.. any suggestions at all would be very helpful…
i have my license back now…the speeding and driving w/o license was in 2005… the dui was dec 2006… i have my license back and a brand new car…and my insurance with geico is gonna expire any day now and they refuse to renew it after just finding out about the speeding and driving w/o license… they dont even know about the dui….

I got charged with a minor dui charge (in texas). I am not 21 yet but will be this summer. Is there any way to get rid of a minor dui charge on my record? I want to be able to get jobs without getting turned down for something like that
I said I was charged with a dui, not that i was actually intoxicated. I don’t think drunk drivers should be on the roads either.

My soon to be ex received a dui in nov 2008, she had three open containers, refused a breathalyzer, and was extremely belligerent and insulting to the arresting officer. She has a lawyer but i just cant believe that she can be found innocent with three open containers at 330 am. it has been over a year now but nothing has been done yet.

About 5 months ago I was pulled over I had marijuana with me less than an ounce and open alcohol container and possesion of alcohol by a minor….well I wasnt drunk when I got pulled over but I still got to take DUI class why is that??

State farm is canceling my auto insurance after a company called ChoicePoint inc. reported info. from the DMV about reinstatement of license, Chemical test modification and Chemical test revocation. I was arrested for a first offense and plea bargained to jump though all the hoops, pay all fines in order for it not to result in a conviction. Are there any insurance companies out there that do not purchase info. from ChoicePoint?
